I hold space for these concerns and offer compassionate support for your change.

With this type of coaching, we focus on boosting your knowledge base around what executive functioning is, how it works when you have a neurodivergent brain and how to strengthen your brain with skill building, and by instituting frequent active support sessions to support attention and focus, decision making and planning, mental flexibility, frustration tolerance, and goal-setting and reward systems.
RELATIONAL COACHING:
Our focus with this specialization is on developing knowledge to identify symptoms, including automatic common thoughts, we employ mindfulness-based skill-building, and active support sessions for regulating your emotions, addressing impulsiveness, healthy boundary development, and addressing rejection sensitivity.
SELF-CARE FOCUSED COACHING AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Self-care takes work- especially if you have ADHD! So, we decided that this needed its own coaching focus.
In this coaching focus we’ll gain knowledge acquired through cutting-edge research AND your own ‘self-study’ (that is, your own meticulous observation and assessment), you’ll partner with me to build skill while having an accountable practice support sessions (including body doubling based activities) aimed to help build confidence in establishing ‘no fuss’ routines for self-care actions.

Ready to talk? Schedule your free 20-minute consultation with me.

Here’s the process at a glance:
-
Check me out- read about what I do, how I work. See if I get the gist enough to decide on consulting with me.
Set up the consult (you will be asked some questions to acknowledge before your consult can be confirmed).
We’ll have our consultation meeting for about 20 mins. Just enough time for you to tell me what’s up, for us to ask each other questions, and for me to let you in on some insights, and see if we are a fit.
If it is a good fit, we’d schedule sessions (1st session usually the following week)and you’ll fill out preliminary paperwork including consents.
-
We’ll have about 2-3 sessions dedicated to learning about you, the history of your concerns, what you’ve tried in the past, and formulating goals for treatment. We will also explore potential hiccups that could occur in your journey to receiving treatment and obtaining personal and treatment goals. Once they’ve been identified we develop strategy for identifying and addressing during our work).
We will check in around session 4/5 to see how things are going and if there are any further wants/needs for our work.
-
We continue to work on concerns as they arise as related to central ongoing themes which may or may not have brought you to therapy. We’ll also regularly assess how the partnership is going.
Dare to be different and win!
My goal is to help you shake things up in your life, but like in the best way possible.

If we're a fit for therapy, we’d set a time for weekly sessions during the initial consultation call. This is usually for the following week. Within 24-hours of the consultation, you’ll receive an email invitation from my Electronic Health Records (EHR) system directing you to a secure HIPPA-compliant client portal. You will be asked to acknowledge, sign, and complete important paperwork, including:
An intake questionnaire
Self-report clinical assessments
Consent Agreements
Practice Policy Forms
You'll need to complete the paperwork at least 48 hours before your initial intake meeting. This allows enough time for me to review your responses and to ensure the best possible care from the onset of our time together.

No. However, as a licensed psychologist, our sessions are reimbursable if you have out-of-network health benefits. I provide clients with a monthly superbill (receipt) to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. To determine your eligibility for out-of-network behavioral health benefits, including reimbursement, contact your benefits administrator and ask the following:
Do I have mental health coverage, and does it cover my work with out-of-network providers?
What is my deductible for an out-of-network provider, and is it met?
How much coverage does my plan give for an out-of-network provider using procedure code (CPT code) 90834?
What is the process for reimbursement?

For your convenience, you can make payments with credit, debit, electronic cash payments through Zelle or with your Health Savings Account (HSA). Payments are due at time of service.

I’m warm, witty, and occasionally cheeky or corny. I am practical, very curious, and laser focused on helping you gain self-compassion and appreciation for your experience while building confidence in your work, identity, and relationships.

I'm warm, practical, honest and a little irreverent. Not a tough-love Tony (Robbins). More of a love - love,______ I believe in utilizing compassionate accountability to support mindful change and harm reduction. I help clients find their answers while implementing gentle enough skill building, because, you know... mental health. And honestly, you’re probably already coming from a place where you’ve done enough self-deprecation… basically what I‘d likely have to help you undo. I offer a space for us to practice wisdom without judgment as a model for you on your journey beyond our sessions.
I know what you’re probably thinking, "No tough love?! How this “soft” approach gonna help me?" Listen, do not get it twisted! Over here, we coach compassionately. Contrary to popular belief, we don’t have to be "tough" or "a hard ass," to get people to take action or to be successful with their goals. We just have to be invested. Fortunately, there’s several ways to illustrate investment in others and their well-being. I mean, who’s ever gotten rid of acne by over-washing their face? You invest in a bomb, gentle, and consistent beauty routine and put pimple patches on those suckers in the meantime.

Ahhhh, that is tough to say. Hear me out! This work is intimate and individualized because much of this is dependent on several idiosyncrasies (personality, stage of change/motivation, trust/surrender) you may have that interplay with the speed and outcome of the work.
-
Do me a favor. Ask yourself the following questions:
Am I willing to investigate things that concern me in my current life? From my past? Or is it tied to my future?
Do I agree to meaningfully engage with any feelings that occur as a result of this work (e.g., sitting in discomfort, shock, or joy over their truths) before taking action?
Could I envision myself actively exploring co-created or clinically driven hypotheses in order to discover significant and, dare I say, life-changing answers?
If you responded yes to all of these questions and want my help. Contact me for a consultation.

Umm, yea-ahhh! Seriously, who said neurodiverse folks can’t floss on ‘em. Let me tell you something, most people living with adhd, may not even know it! They might have gotten so used to having unaccomplished dreams, tons of interests, that they interpret their “actual symptomatic struggle” as a sign of perpetual frontin.’ If you have ADHD, you might even be the one to constantly “talk about it” and people, even you, struggle to take your “be about it” seriously. This could feel like a rejection, ironically. Which could be used for short-term motivation to have some movement on your goals but, ultimately it could flatline again. Then, the vicious cycle continues. The issue is, you've been doing it all wrong (read, all alone)! You need real partnership and other ‘real’ intuitive strategies to help you get goals met. With ADHD, you just have to be willing and surrender and partner up, where necessary. Do you need partnership or nah? Take this brief assessment.

I am not obsessed with homework, giving it, grading it or doing it. So it’s not “given” in the sense that it would be manualized in my practice. Homework is intuitive and co-created between you and me. It’s intentional and best believe at the point it’s given, we discuss it whether or not you complete it. Of course, without judgment, just curiosity.
